TOTAL CASHLESS INCOME COLLECTION
Collect payments online for trips, clubs, fees, uniform and more. Set up multiple bank accounts to receive payments. Funds are settled accordingly on a weekly basis. Income can also be split between central and local banking. Online payments are immediately credited to the relevant account and can then be allocated directly to the Campus or the caterer.
PCI CERTIFIED SECURE PAYMENTS
Accept payments from credit/debit cards or through PayPoint. eCampus and our payment processors are certified PCI DSS Level 1 suppliers, so your payments are safe in our hands. We deliver end-to-end encryption from the client browser, right through to the bank.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
eCampus’s income reports can provide high level financial information across a group of Campuses – perfect for multi academy trusts or local authorities. Get detailed individual Campus reports to ensure consistency and rigour across the Campus group. Reconciliation at Campus, year, class or pupil level. Our detailed reports include income type or specific account / cost codes, including individual payment transactions.
AUDIT TRAIL
The eCampus application creates a complete audit trail of all payments. Transaction references and identifiers link parent and Campus accounts to the payment and banking network. Transactions and refunds are recorded with reference to the user, maintaining accountability. Transaction data is retained for at least 6 years.
MIS PARTNERS
eCampus is fully integrated with all the leading management information systems; so if you’re part of a new trust or authority with different systems across the group, you can be sure eCampus will still implement seamlessly.
